THOLLON-LES-MEMiSES
Not knowing how familiar you are with 'la Belle Haute Savoie' or the resort, here are a few words and some interesting information.
it has a lot to offer it is a friendly family two-season resort village and its close proximity to the lake is an added benefit in the summer. Within 35 minutes one can drive to Chapple d'Abondance the beginning of over 500km of linked resorts, or the Swiss resorts of Villars just over the hour and Verbier and Chambery around 1.5 hours.
The village in 2012 completed a multi-million upgrade to its ski facilities and mountain restaurant and certainly has had a positive on the resort's popularity and values. Of course in the summer one is so close to Lake Leman [Geneva] and all the numerous activities and places to visit, it's very popular with both the French and international visitors.
