THE STANDARD CO-OWNERSHIP WITH CONCIERGE SERVICE '"Serenity"
This acquisition in full ownership allows you to manage your property through a unique concierge service contract. A full range of services in provided for you and your guests during your stays: care, maintenance and hotel-like services (field trips, shopping delivery, packages and subscriptions, transfers from airport/train station, restaurant and event bookings). Your property is not listed as available for rent.
THE RENTAL MANAGEMENT WITH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AND CONCIERGE SERVICE "Profitability"
This acquisition in full ownership is subject to a flexible legal framework that allows you to recover the VAT on the purchase of your property.
