For summer activities you are right by the Elephant Rock outdoor sport climbing wall and Via Ferrata. There are also a huge amount of walks close by and quick access to the river path.
The apartment is 20mins drive down to Thonon-Les-Bains and Lac Leman and 1hr10mins to Geneva making short trips very possible.
