Chalet Bleu is one of a small number of charming chalets in the hamlet of Flaine (the only chalets in the resort!), sought after for it’s Scandinavian style, bucolic and peaceful location and also it’s proximity to the local amenities and ski slopes.

Flaine is the highest ski station in the Grand Massif, the first in the world to be certified ‘Green Globe’ and with the best snow record for the region. It is situated between 1600m and 2500m altitude and surrounded by Portes du Soleil to the north, Aravis to the west and Pays du Mont-Blanc to the south.

It’s proximity to Geneva airport, the TGV stations at Cluses and Geneva and the A40 autoroute make it easily accessible for winter holidays.

The chalet offers a total floor area of 108.45m2 and comprises:

Entrance with a cupboard which also serves as a ski/boot room. The scandanavian-style living room features honey-toned wood and is bathed in natural light. The kitchen is open to the dining area. A small bedroom (‘cabine’) which can accommodate bunk beds and a shower room/WC complete this floor. A glazed door gives direct access from the living space to the large south-west facing terrace with views of the Flaine ski area and the surrounding mountain ranges.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom/WC, space for washing machine/tumble dryer.
Lower ground floor: A sitting room with sauna, bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC. Both rooms have access to the covered terrace.

The chalet is sold furnished. It forms part of a co-propriété of which the monthly charges do not exceed 85€/month and include snow clearing, garden maintenance and a free bus service.

The hamlet of Flaine is situated 1km from the main resort and 300m from the ski slopes. There is a bar/restaurant and ski shop situated just 50m from the chalet.
