- Back-of-house, a full commercial kitchen with separate dishwashing and cold storage facilities (refrigeration and freezer, an office and a large cellar, a two bedroom duplex manager’s apartment, and a further spacious staff apartment.

- Outside, a large enclosed garden, a private carpark suitable for coaches as well as private vehicles.

- Location: The resort centre and ski lifts are 300m away on foot. The resort offers skiing for all abilities, and the resort centre offers a ski school and kids club, an ice rink, and a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a dual season resort, in summer, a variety of activities are proposed (mountain bike, go-karts, off-road scooters), and the cable operates 7 days a week in July and August.

The property currently caters principally to school groups in the winter, on a half-board or full-board basis. In summer and during the off-season, the property is available on a self-catered basis and is used by groups for family gatherings (weddings, anniversaries, christenings etc), as well as themed stays such as sports training, art and music workshops, professional seminars etc.

In autumn 2018 the chalet was fully renovated externally, with the replacement of all windows for modern double glazing and full external insulation. The bathrooms have also been partially upgraded, and all the beds are new including mattresses, pillows and duvets, and all up to current norms.

The business is ideal for a couple, with additional seasonal help for cleaning and the provision of meal services. The chalet is fully occupied every week of the summer and winter seasons, with frequent short breaks and full weeks for family events and seminars etc out of the main summer and winter seasons.
