The lounge has direct access to a sunny terrace with mountain views. There is a good internet connection with WIFI throughout the chalet.
Adjoining the lounge, a large guest dining room, seating 12-14 people, leads through to an open-plan kitchen that was built expressly with chalet catering in mind with lots of storage and generous worktop space to plate-up. On the ground floor there is a heated equipment room for coats, boots and skis, and a sauna - perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a hard day on the slopes! Externally there is a 40m2 deck (recent), with tables/chairs/parasols and a 100m2 garden mostly laid to lawn. In front of the chalet is another patio area of approx 25m2.
There is also a private owners'/staff apartment with an internal door into the chalet. It has a lounge-diner and an en-suite bedroom with independent access from the rear of the building. The chalet was heavily renovated in 2005 when all external walls and roof space were insulated and all new wiring & plumbing, mains sewer connection and gas central heating (with efficient gas condensing boiler) were installed. Continuous care and attention by the owner-operators has meant that the chalet decor and bathrooms have remained in excellent condition. There are no immediate works needed, although there is potential to extend the chalet and add a larger owners' annex if required.
