This property was renovated in 2006 and ran as a profitable chalet, before becoming a family home in 2013. The property has four bedrooms with four bathrooms (3 en-suite). The kitchen is well equipped and large enough to provide catering for clients. The central heating uses fuel and there is an additional wood burning stove. The living and dinning room leads to a 20 metre decking with hot tub and views over the local river and up to Les Deux Alpes.

Downstairs there is a self-contained studio, which currently regularly rents out to short term clients. The studio has the option of twin or double bed. There is a small sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchenette, separate shower room, wifi, with French and English satellite television channels.

Surrounded by sloping gardens, with space to park three cars. The garden is well established, with beautiful roses in the summer.

Attached to the building is our large bike and ski shed. A second cave is underneath and used for building materials. Finally, there is a small shed at the back of the property with the boiler and fuel tank.
